The Basin States have provided comments to Commissioner Camille Touton regarding the Notice of Intent to prepare post-2026 operating rules for Lake Powell and Lake Mead. The 7 Colorado River Basin States prepared a joint letter, while the 4 Upper Division States, acting through the UCRC, provided a comment letter, and each Upper Division State provided individual comment letters.
